Pilot Hiring Minimums:

SIC - Falcon 20 - Multi-Engine Commercial / 300 hours

SIC - Boeing 727/Convair/CRJ/ATR - ATP or Restricted ATP mins

FE Boeing - FE Rating or Single-Engine Commercial with FE written complete.

PIC - Falcon 20 – ATP with 500 hours PIC in turbojet FAR Part 135

PIC - Boeing727/Convair/CRJ/ATR– ATP and 1000 hours SIC FAR Part 121

Pay scales:

Captain Pay:

All first-year captain salaries start at $125,000.

First Officers Pay:

727, CRJ, ATR and CV580 - $62,000 first year

Falcon 20 - $27,000 first year

Pay Notes:

All crew members get paid for every mile they fly. 

Mileage pays:

Captains pay per mile anywhere from 0.19 to 0.28 cents per mile.

First Officer per mile is anywhere from 0.09 to 0.18 cents per mile.

FE per mile starts at 0.12 cents per mile.

Bonus: Based on Flying Schedule

5 days on / 2 days off schedule = $28,200

2 weeks on and 1 weeks off = $19,200

2 weeks on and 2 weeks off = $10,200

Scheduled pay raises:

Schedule pay raise for Salary and Mileage increase.

Domestic Per Diem (Hourly):

$40.00 per day ($10.00 increase on overnights)

International Per Diem (Hourly): same as domestic
