The Performance Bonus Plan consists of an A+14 target bonus (on time arrivals + 14 mins) and also a completion factor target bonus
If one of the two targets is met for the month, pilots are paid $50. If both targets are met, then pilots are paid $75. The bonuses are paid out quarterly
