Training is conducted in DEN, in house and in the actual aircraft

Cost of living adjustments for LAX based crews

Most schedules see no trips longer than 1 night away from home at a time (2 Day trips, Day trips, and CDO's)

3 overnights back to back, and up to 3 of those a month

Work with 135 minimum rest requirements.

Pay: $62.50 PIC, $25 SIC on an 80 hour monthly guarantee

Has a bonus structure for PIC's that begins on 2nd year of service and increases each year

First payment is paid out at 18 months, and then every 6 months from there

Upgrade bonuses for SIC's

The SIC's longevity is factored into the bonus structure upon upgrade

Pilot is covered 100% for health/dental/vision benefit premiums

6 months or less to upgrade with 1200 hours

Reserve Details: Home reserve 12 hours. 1 hour call out 

$1.25/hr 

$30/overnight away from base, starting on the second night
