Pilot Hiring Minimums:

FIRST OFFICERS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1000+ hours of total pilot time in fixed wing aircraft
• 100+ hours Turbine PIC or multi-engine aircraft preferred (50 hours flown within the last 12 months) 
• Air carrier flight experience in turbojet aircraft or two person crew
• Part 135 or Flight Instructor experience
• Commercial, Instrument, MEL. Current Airline Transport Pilot rating preferred
• Current First Class FAA Medical Certificate required
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining Airport Access Badges as required
• Applicants must be able to prove U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States
• Applicants must be able to travel freely and without restrictions inside/outside the United States
• Must be able to meet ICAO requirements, including the age 65 restriction
• Reside or relocate within 45 minutes of base airport, 30 minutes preferred

CAPTAINS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5000+ hours of total pilot time in fixed wing aircraft.
• 3000+ hours Turbine PIC or multi - engine aircraft preferred (150 hours flown within the last 12 months)
• Minimum of 1500+ hours of PIC time in fixed wing aircraft 
• 100+ hours Turbine PIC or multi-engine aircraft preferred (50 hours flown within the last 12 months)
• Air carrier flight experience in turbojet aircraft or two person crew
• Part 135 or Flight Instructor experience
• Commercial, Instrument, MEL. Current Airline Transport Pilot rating preferred

Pilot Hiring Process:  

1. Candidate must fill out application online by visiting here
2. Human Resources prescreens all resumes for qualified candidates, then calls for an initial phone screen.
3. Candidate is either scheduled for a Skype or in person interview with Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, and Human Resources.
4. Candidate is sent for pre-hire DOT drug screen.
5. Once REVA receives a negative drug test, candidate is made offer of employment.
