Captain Requirements
• ATP Multi-Engine Land
• 3,000 hours fixed-wing time
• 1,500 hours PIC
• 1,000 hours multi-engine
• 1,000 hours turbine time
• 150 hours pic logged IFR
• 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
• Current unrestricted passport and the authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by RWA
• Authorization to work in the United States
First Officer Requirements
• Commercial/Instrument
• 1,000 hours fixed-wing time
• 500 hours PIC
• 50 hours multi-engine
• 50 hours pic logged IFR
• 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
• Current unrestricted passport and the authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by RWA
• Authorization to work in the United States
Captain:
Year One salary $124,000 Plus extra day and total flight hour incentives
Year One total compensation package potential of $188,000
First Officer:
Year One salary $80,300 Plus extra day and total flight hour incentives
Year One total compensation package potential of $134,000
Additional Benefits:
Earn $10,000 longevity bonus after each of 3, 6 and 9 years of service
