o To enjoy their time off the company will give each pilot:
PIC - $8000.00 per year pro rated per pay period
SIC $4500.00 per year pro rated per pay period
Training
• Quality Training Program with XOJET Aviation Instructors
o To protect the integrity of schedules, training is conducted during off days and pilots receive compensation in addition to their base salary as follows for training days in the simulator (including travel to and from as follows:
PIC Heavy - $700.00 per day
PIC SMID- $600.00 per day
SIC (HEAVY & SMID) - $450.00 per day
