Date most junior Captain was hired: next class June 12, 2023

1. 70 hour monthly minimum guarantee
2. 200% overage paid on hours worked on days off
3. 18 on – 12 off monthly schedule
4. 401k Match 50% of first 10% with 100% vesting on day 1
