Stock Options:
Captains $110k/year (FOs $80k) based on strike price. Two years to vest, then two years to option.

Above % in the payscale is amount of option grant pilot decides to receive as compensation. For example: a 3rd year FO chooses the 50% option, they would receive $74.50/hr and a $40,000 option grant. Pilot chooses % once per year for that year.

Employee share purchase plan:
Pilots may purchase up to 20% of yearly salary on company shares. WestJet matches 100%.
