- 10% annual retention bonus for type rated captains 2nd year and beyond
- One BE-200 engages in on-demand pax charters

- TDY pay is $35/day; there is no daily per diem for regular lines-- only receive per diem if TDY to another base

Minimums: 1,200 TT, 50 ME, Commercial AMEL Instrument Airplane and must meet 135 minimums. Training is 3-4 weeks.
6 month training contract for BE99s, one year for PA31s, Metros, BE1900s. After which cost is forgiven. If leave early, cost is pro-rata.
