·        500 PIC

·        50 MEL

C-208 Caravan Captain:

·        Commercial Single Engine Land Instrument rating

·        1200 TT

·        500 PIC

·        500 Cross-country

·        100 Night

·        75 Instrument (50 “in actual flight”)

·        2nd Class Medical (1st Class Medical Required for International and some Florida Bases).

 

C408 Captain

PAY NOTES

·        Pay longevity credit for previous Part 91K, 121, 135, or military time Up to two years pay credit for new hires

·        Initial Hire Salary:

o   ATR Captain: $99,129 base with the potential to earn over $120,000**

o   ATR First Officer: $65,000 base with the potential to earn over $85,000

o   C408 Captain $70,000

o   C208 Captain: $60,000 domestic base, $65,000 international base

o   New hires will receive FULL regular pay from the first day of training

o   Some base locations have Geographic bonuses of up to $25,000

 

·        ATR First Officers and Captains get 3 weeks on 1 week off

·        C408 Captains 5 weeks on, 6th week off

·        C-208 Floater Pilots get every 5th week PTO

·        C-208 Based Pilots get every 6th week PTO

·        Company Reimbursed FAA Medical expenses up to $250 per medical

·        No training contracts

$45/day *Full day Per Diem is paid when 12 or more hours of duty time has been achieve
