Not hiring. Currently no additional new-hire classes scheduled for 2009.

Prospective candidates invited for a 1 day evaluation to include a panel interview, additional 1 on 1 interviews, a written exam, and a sim evaluation, conducted in a 737-300.

This process repeated at an approx. interval of between 6 and 8 weeks.

Successful individuals placed in a pool with classes beginning in May/June, based on staffing requirements.

Bonus Program: 4% of annual base pay x % of ROI (Return On Investment 50-150%). For pilots not elegible for additional longevity pay rate increases (ie: Capts > 14 yrs, FOs > 7 yrs) the bonus is 6% of annual base pay.
