Crew meals provided on flights over 1.5 hours
737-400s in all-first class configuration
Pilots on reserve are on call for 24 hours
Short-call is an 1 1/2 hr call out; long-call is an 11 hr call out
Training contract: 3 years ($18K)
Bonus program: 4% of annual base pay x % of ROI (Return On Investment 50-150%)
