MANAGED CREWMEMBERS

FRACTIONAL CREWMEMBERS

PICs

Qualified pilots will have a minimum of 3000 hours fixed-wing total time, not including simulator time.

 

Additional qualifications:

  • No time in type required
  • 500 Multi-Turbine (preferred)
  • First Class Medical Certificate
  • ATP or ATP eligible
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Instrument and night current
  • Pass an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

 

SICs

Qualified pilots will have a minimum of 1200 hours fixed-wing total time, not including simulator time.

 

Additional qualifications:

  • 500 Multi (preferred)
  • First Class Medical Certificate
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Instrument and night current
  • Pass a proficiency check in the assigned aircraft category
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Applicants submit their resume through our online application. Our Recruiting Team reaches out to qualified candidates and schedules interviews. Formal interviews are held at our Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City). Interview groups are usually between 3-5 applicants, beginning at 8:30am and finishing at approximately 2:00pm. Applicants can expect an informational presentation about Airshare, interviews and lunch.

401(k) match of $.50 on the dollar up to 10% of employee’s contribution with a 3-year vesting

Eligible to participate the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employee must be 21 years of age. Employee may contribute up to the annual IRS limit of earnings on a pre-tax basis. Plan includes 13 investment choices, ranging from very conservative to aggressive.
