Compensation,  divide  Base  Annual  Compensation  (Year  of  Service  and  Seat)  by  24  to  determine  minimum  gross
compensation per pay period. Example: $118000/24 = $4916 per pay period.

Pilots are paid by the day rather than the hour. A pilot’s day rate is calculated by dividing current year base pay by 18 (days
base salary covers) and then 12 (months in the year).  Example:  $118000/18/12= $546 per day.

Duty days above 18 days a month, open time or junior manned status paid at 150% during that period.  Example: $546 x
1.5 = $819 per day.

Per Diem and other forms of Add Pay are not included in Annual Base Compensation and are paid in the following month’s
middle pay cycle.

Scheduled 2.5% pay raise:  Annual increases on employment anniversary.

Annual overrides  for Line Check Pilots, Ground Instructors, Sim Instructors, Leadership Positions are calculated Annual
Base Compensation (i.e., $118,000 +25K(LCP) = $143,000)

Parking paid in crew bases and homebased pilots.
