Pay for the PIC-qualified Cessna Part 135 First Officers is $13.17/duty hour 

Cape Air offers a $2,000 Pilot Referral bonus for current employees for referring pilots with Captain Minimums

o Weekly guarantee is 40 hours per week

o 150% pay for Part 135 pilots over 40 duty hours per week

Future contractual pay raises: March 2018

Day off incentive flying program pays graduated amounts for volunteering early and often over the course of the program. As you reach certain tiers of "days worked" the bonuses increase, up to $500 per day plus overtime rate.
