Great Lakes Airlines is excited to offer the Captain Incentive Program available to our Pilot group! This program pays a quarterly incentive for eligible participants. The following are eligible to participate in this program:

•BE1900 Captains - $1250 / quarter ($5,000 full year incentive)
•EMB-120 Captains - $1875 / quarter ($7500 full year incentive)
•EMB-120 First Officers - $750 / quarter ($3000 full year incentive) 



*** Now offer Per Diem during initial training at a rate of $36 daily

*** Transportation to and from interview is up to applicant to cover Housing during training is paid for (Hotel & includes breakfast)

15-month training contract: $7,500
