    $110,000 sign on bonus paid at the completion of training.

    Pilot Development Program/Cadet Programs

    Pilot Development (MPD) Cadet: Full-finance, zero-interest time building at $60/hour after

    pilot funds first 300 hours. Which can be repaid over three years (after receiving ATP/R-ATP

    minimums), while earning $101 per hour with Mesa Airlines!

    Independent Pilot Development (IPD) Cadet: Pilots purchase a minimum of 25 block hours at

    $60 hour (wet). Get a preferred interview with Mesa, or ability to choose to work for any airline

    once reaching ATP minimums!
