PAY NOTES

Pilots pay rates (for Captains and First Officers on both the Boeing 767 and 777) will be adjusted to be $1 higher than the highest rate at similar airlines (ATI, ABX, AmeriJet, Kalitta Air). If those carriers negotiate higher rates in the future, 21 Air will also increase its rates by $1 above them. The Boeing 777 now has its own formal pay scale.

PER DIEM

Monthly Pay Guarantee for Line Holders: 75 hours

Monthly Pay Guarantee for Reserves: 75 hours

Scheduled pay raises: Anniversary of Date of Hire/ September of every Year

Domestic Per Diem (Hourly): 3.55/hour

Europe and Asia Per Diem (Hourly): 3.50/hour

RETIREMENT

401K:

·        12% of pilot’s gross semi-monthly pay regardless of employee contribution

·        Immediate vesting

·        Eligibility after two (2) months of employment

401K Matching: Yes

Other:

·        For 30-day months: 17 Duty Days, 12 G-Days (off days), and 1 Open Day.

·        For 31-day months: 17 Duty Days, 12 G-Days, and 2 Open Days

·        Pilots must notify scheduling within 3 days after bid award if they are available for Open Days.
