The company grew the fleet size based on strategic partnerships. 21Air is now a highly competitive CMI and ACMI operator, both domestically within the United States and internationally. Pilots pay rates (for Captains and First Officers on both the Boeing 767 and 777) will be adjusted to be $1 higher than the highest rate at similar airlines (ATI, ABX, AmeriJet, Kalitta Air). If those carriers negotiate higher rates in the future, 21 Air will also increase its rates by $1 above them. The Boeing 777 now has its own formal pay scale.

Scheduled pay raises: Anniversary of Date of Hire/ September of every Year

Domestic Per Diem (Hourly): 3.55/hour

Europe and Asia Per Diem (Hourly): 3.50/hour
