Salaried position. Shorts 360: pay scale is total compensation which includes $59/day of per-diem (based on working 5 days/week), an upgrade bonus of $2,000 upon completion of upgrade training, and a retention bonus of $7,500 that begins after the completion of year 3 (captains only). Cessna 208: pay scale is total compensation which includes $59/day of per-diem (based on working 5 days/week) and a retention bonus of $4,000 that begins after the completion of year 1.
