Caravan captain mins: 1200 TT, 800 PIC, 500 cross-country, 100 night and 75 IFR with at least 50 actual

Pay scale for Ohana:
Year 1: $83,512/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 2: $84,396/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 3: $89,960/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 4: $92,248/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 5: $96,096/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 6: $98,644/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 7: $102,388/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 8: $104,364/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus
Year 9: $108,368/year + $12,000 Retention Bonus

We do NOT offer ATP-CTP Certification Assistance, but we do offer a one time $5,000 sign on bonus paid after completion of IOE and a $12,000 yearly retention bonus paid at $6,000 every January and July as long as pilots have worked a minimum of 12 days per month and are in good standing, performance wise.
