FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP
PILOT IN COMMAND
- Upgrades typically occur within 2-3 years
- Accrue 12 days of vacation/sick per year; increases with tenure
- 8-on/6-off schedule (average 20 nights home per month)
- Hourly minimum 3500 TT, 500 Multi-Turbine, ATP, & 1st Class Medical. No time in type required
SECOND IN COMMAND
- Upgrades to PIC typically occur within 2-3 years
- Accrue 12 days of vacation/sick per year; increases with tenure
- 8-on/6-off schedule (average 20 nights home per month)
- Hourly minimums reduced to 900TT with 25 Multi-Engine, a 4-year degree and active CFI or 1200TT with 25 Multi-Engine
FRACTIONAL CREWMEMBER PAY
- Airshare has a 15-year crewmember pay scale for all seat positions
- First year PIC pay is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on aircraft
- First year SIC pay is $56,000
- Off Day Bonus: PIC - $600, SIC - $450
- Holiday Pay: $450
MANAGED AIRCRAFT
PILOT IN COMMAND
- Accrue 21 days and bank 28 days of vacation/sick per year, increases with tenure
- 3 Off and 3 Flex Days per month. Non-flying days will be Standby at Home with 3hr call out.
- Hourly Minimum 4000TT, 500 Multi-Turbine PIC, Corporate/Business Jet experience
SECOND IN COMMAND
- Accrue 21 days and bank 28 days of vacation/sick per year, increases with tenure
- 3 Off and 3 Flex Days per month. Non-flying days will be Standby at Home with 3hr call out
- Hourly Minimum 2000TT, 100 Multi-Turbine, Corporate/Business Jet experience
MANAGED CREWMEMBER PAY
- PIC $90,000 – $200,000+ depending on experience and aircraft
- SIC $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience and aircraft
- Off Day Bonus: PIC - $800, SIC - $500
- Excess Day (over 20 day worked per month): PIC - $600, SIC - $450
- Holiday Pay: $450

Applicant submits their resume via our online application. Recruiter reaches out to qualified candidates and schedule interviews. Formal interviews are held at our Corporate Headquarters in Kansas City. Interview groups are usually between 3-5 applicants, and start @ 8:00 a.m., wrapping up around 2:00 p.m. Applicants can expect a presentation about Airshare, Interviews and lunch.
