Pilot Hiring Process:
A Contour recruiter will contact applicants once resume is received via the Contour Careers application portal for a preliminary phone interview. Once the preliminary call is complete, an in-person or web interview will be completed by Flight Operations leadership.
Vaccines required for CHARTER/On-Demand crewmembers.
Airline crews are NOT required to be vaccinated.
All applicants are required to fully answer all questions otherwise the application will be rejected.

Pay Notes:
Bonuses (PICs) $15,000 signing bonus for all PIC positions $10,000 signing bonus for previous type rating, $10,000. Retention bonus for PICs with commitment to remain for additional year.
Overrides $10,000 for ARGUS qualified PICs, $12000 Line Check Pilot (conditions and experience applies), $7500 In-base bonus for PICs Compensation shown above is Base Annual Compensation for all pilots.
Pilots are paid by the day rather than the hour. Per Diem and other forms of Add Pay are not included in Annual Base Compensation. Monthly Line Holder guarantee all aircraft: To determine Base Monthly Compensation, divide Base Annual Compensation (Year of Service and Seat) by 24 to determine minimum gross compensation per pay period.
Duty above 18 days a month paid at 150%. Scheduled 2.5% pay raise: Annual increases on employment anniversary.
Annual overrides for Line Check Pilots, Ground Instructors, Sim Instructors, Leadership Positions Parking paid in crew bases.
Prorated Training Agreement includes training plus 12 months for new hire pilots.
Typical time is 14 months.
