Hourly Bonus
Flight hours bonus will be paid based on the following scale.
Citations GIV
CA $100hr FO $50hr CA $150hr FO $75hr
For each of the following “gates” an additional bonus will be awarded
40 hours CA $1000 FO $500
50 hours CA $1000 FO $500
60 hours CA $1000 FO $500
A pilot must reach 20 hours flight time for the month to be eligible for flight hour bonus. 
If during a rotation (excluding swap days) a pilot has to airline to a different aircraft he/she will be 
credited 2 hours toward monthly flight hour bonus for each movement.
Incentives and Extras
-Per Diem: $66 day Domestic CONUS, $85 day OCONUS, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean. 
$150 day all other international.
-Meals: One meal per day through DoorDash, requires three legs or 4hrs scheduled, 
regardless of duty. 
 $25 value per crewmember.
-Airport Parking: Home airport parking/transportation stipend of $500yr.
-Holiday Pay: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Any pilot working on these designated holidays will receive Holiday Pay per holiday 
worked and receive double per diem for the day.
Rate: Captain $750 day FO $500 day
-Bonus Day Pay: 15/13 and 8/6 pilots volunteering for and scheduled to work on an off day will be 
paid a bonus day rate.
Rate: Captain $1250 day FO $1000 day
-Travel Home: Late arrival home will result in bonus paid at the following rates:
Arrival after 8:00PM Local $250
Midnight Local $500
6:00AM Local Full Bonus Day

  • Domestic (Daily): $66 >Holiday Pay: Pilots working on designated holidays will be paid a Double pay per holiday worked and receive Double Per Diem. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day)
