  • Pilot pay increases are based on the overall performance of the company and also on each individual’s performance in the year prior to their anniversary. We have established a point system to more directly tie to the annual performance of each individual. Points will be calculated on the anniversary date of pilot's upgrade by determining the number of hours flown and number of legs flown in the previous 12 months, dating back to the beginning of the pay period. Each point will be multiplied by the Organizational Success Increase (OSI) to determine the incentive dollar amount. OSI is determined by executive leadership based on the overall annual business performance and may vary year to year (i.e., $1 - $10). ex. If you flew 450 hours and 300 legs, your point total is 750, and incentive pay is 750xOSI.

PER DIEM
