Education Requirements:

• Aviation Related College Degree preferred, but not required
Qualifications, Certificates, Licenses & Document Requirements:
• A valid unrestricted driver’s license
• A valid unrestricted US passport
• First Class Medical
• FAA Commercial Pilot License with an Instrument Rating
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
PICs Experience & Professional Skills:
• 2,000+ hours total time
• 1,000+ Multi-engine
• PIC unrestricted type in LR-JET, LR-45 and/or DA-20
SICs Experience & Professional Skills:
• 800 hours total time
• Previous FAR 135 experience, but not required
• Type rated in LR-JET, LR-45 and/or DA-20 preferred, but not required
Shift Requirements:
• Two weeks on, two weeks off with a rotating yearly schedule
Training:
• Full salary at the start of training, along with accommodations until completion of training
• Six weeks consisting of a combination of in-class lectures, online modules, and hands-on aircraft training
• Typed as SIC initially and no training contracts

• Multiple competitive pay scales with established yearly increases and bonuses
• Increased pay scales for multiple company flown aircraft types
• For pay purposes a month is 4 consecutive weeks (28 days), 13 “pay” months in a year
• 45-hour monthly guarantee
• Starting pay for PIC is $133.35 a flight hour, SIC is $75.25 a flight hour
• PIC Base Starting Salary $78,009.75 ($133.35 a flight hour) + $7,000 bonus after 1 year = $85,009.75
• SIC Base Starting Salary $44,021.25 ($75.25 a flight hour) + $6,000 bonus after 1 year = $50,021.25
• Majority of pilots earn well above base salary
• Per Diem $2 ($3 international) an hour about $48 a day
• Wait Pay for customer delays or planned dedicated waiting
• Volunteer Pay
• On your two weeks off, you may remain in base and volunteer for a flat rate of $250 per day, plus hourly rate as if you broke guarantee - trip must run to receive payment
