FULL TIME SALARY CAPTAIN:

Full time captain schedules are based on a hard 12 days off per month

Salaried Pilots flying more than 65 hours per month receive an additional $38 per flight hour.

KENMORE AIR EXPRESS F/O PAY SCALE

FOs are required to fly a minimum of 25 hours per calendar month on dates that they provide to dispatch.

Once an FO has flown 25 hours, each additional hour beyond the 25 that is required will be paid at a rate of $20/flight hour. If an FO must overnight on a required flight (regardless of total hours flown in a calendar month) they will be paid $50 for each overnight.

PER DIEM

$25/overnight for full-time captains

Any waiting time between scheduled flights away from the KBFI base known as "standby pay" is an additional $20/hour
