Pilot Hiring Minimums: SIC – 1,000 Total Time, PIC – 2,500 TT

The interview process begins with an initial video interview led by our Director of Talent Acquisition. Next, the candidate will have a detailed technical interview with our Chief Pilot/DO/VP of Operations. The final step is an in-person interview at our Orlando headquarters. The candidate will have a chance to explore our facilities with a tour and complete a SIM check at FSI before the day ends. The candidate will fly home that evening.
