Vacation/Personal Days are an accrual process. In first calendar year of employment, pilots accrue up to 9 days for use in second calendar year. In years 2-6 pilots accrue 16 days

Plus up to 5 sick/personal days sold per quarter

Company-paid ATP/CTP Course, iPad, Known Crew Member, and parking in-base

PER DIEM

Domestic Per Diem (Hourly): $2.10 

Pilots receive per diem from Report Time to Release Time in base for flying, training, or other duty.

Company paid, single occupancy hotel room. 

Transportation provided to and from any training event.
