BACKGROUND
- Sterling Airways, a portfolio company of Wexford Capital LP, has the mission to set a new standard in aviation. Led by a team of experienced airline professionals, many of whom are former Republic Airways leadership, Sterling prioritizes safety, customer service and professionalism. In a joint venture between Wexford Capital and McKinley Alaska Private Investment, Sterling Airways dba Aleutian Airways, answers community needs for airline service to the Aleutian Islands and destinations throughout Alaska.
- Sterling’s inaugural Aleutian Airways flight from ANC to DUT was November 16, 2022.
