Surviving an FAA investigation - FlightPod TV Print E-mail

Each year the FAA violates hundreds of pilots. To survive an investigation you need legal back up, and an Attorney who specializes on the complex area of Aviation Law. In this episode I sit down with Tom Dunlap, a Senior Partner and AOPA Panel Attorney at Dunlap Grubb and Weaver, PLLC to get an insight into the ins and outs of an FAA investigation. Learn some of the common legal traps that pilots fall into and how to avoid them. Learn what to do when you get a letter from the FAA. Find out when and how the FAA can ground you. These are only a few of the great topics of discussion in this episode.
